This form of personal loan is dedicated exclusively to employees, therefore pensioners and self-employed workers are excluded. The delegation of payment is a personal loan similar to the assignment of the fifth; the installments of this personal loan are also reimbursed through the payment of the installments in payroll and the amount of these cannot exceed 20% of the employee’s net income. Therefore the delegation of payment corresponds to the second installment debited in the pay packet (so it joinsto the retention already in progress of the assignment of the fifth), but is granted only if the administration of the employee’s company is favorable. 

In fact, unlike the salary assignment, the loan by proxy is not a worker’s right, but a company concession to facilitate an employee. With the payment delegation you can easily repay the monthly installments thanks to the amortization plan which provides for repayment of the installments up to 120 months. You can also consolidate other ongoing loans with the advantage of reducing your monthly commitments. The loan installment is constant and the fixed rate. You do not need to specify the reason for requesting your loan and you can activate insurance policies in the event of loss of work or death, for example.

If you already have two salary deductions there is the possibility of renewing the loans already in progress. This renewal is possible for both loans, both payment delegation and salary-backed loan and consists in closing the current loan and opening another one obtaining additional liquidity, where you can choose to lower or raise the installment also. In order to renegotiate the loan you must have paid 40% of the installments provided for in the contract and even in the case of renewal it is possible to extend the amortization plan up to 120 months. Therefore a sale stipulated for 84 months is renewable approximately after 34 installments paid.

To evaluate a request for payment delegation, documents relating to identity and income, such as pay slips and cud, are required. Obviously to get a detailed quote we will need the salary certificate that will be required in the company once the feasibility of the application has been assessed. The loan through the delegation of payment requires only the signature of the applicant, in fact there is no provision for a guarantor in any case. The provable income and the provisioned severance pay will be sufficient as a guarantee.

The loan may not be accepted if the company does not consent to the second withholding in payroll, as it is not a right of the applicant, but it is a decision at the discretion of each individual company. You can check this by asking the personnel department for the company’s internal decision. It can also be rejected because the insurance companies believe that the company does not have the right parameters, or because of a recent hiring or in the case of employees of private companies for the provision of a severance pay still not sufficient to guarantee liquidity.
